Can you custom design an arrangement?
Yes, we specialize in custom designing artificial flowers for all of your occasions and for decorating your home. Feel free to send us an email or give us a call and we'd be happy to create something unique for you.
Do you do fresh flowers as well?
No, all of our flowers are artificial only. You will be able to enjoy them for years after to come.
Do you post to any state in Australia?
Yes, we use Australia Post and send to all parts of the country.
Do you post internationally?
Yes, we ship to anywhere in the world. Contact us for a postage price to your door. Please note that all prices shown are in Australian dollars.
How does your ordering system work?
Once a 50% deposit has been made a order will be considered fully ordered and we will start to purchase flowers to make the items you have ordered within days. Place your orders via email and leave a contact number and we will call you promptly.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Items that are immediately available will be shipped out to you within 3 business days. Custom orders can be as fast as 1 week for Australia and 4 weeks overseas, but this is dependent on the availability of the flowers and colours you require. For this reason we ask that you place your order in advance as long as possible to avoid any delays or seasonal customer rushes. We will notify you of any delays and approximate delivery date promptly. Please allow for weekends and public holidays when placing an order.
You have just emailed me some pictures of the bouquets that I have ordered from you. They are beautiful but I have changed my mind I about one flowers colour?
We are happy to make changes but there are costs involved as the flowers were originally purchased for you and replacing any one requires that the whole bouquet be pulled apart. To change any flowers, you will need to pay for the additional flowers as well as $20 per hour to reset the bouquet.
*Please note that to set a bouquet it can take anywhere from 1-3 hours depending on its design.
Can you email me a sample bouquet so I can see what it will look like?
We do like to try to do this but please don't be offended if we say no as we would be doing dozens of bouquets every week just so people can have a 'look'.
Can you send me some samples of the flowers?
The number of times this is asked would incur a huge cost to our business, so for that reason no. More often than not we do not have the flower on and and would need to order a dozen just to show one. We can try to email you pictures wherever possible to put your mind at ease. Please note that some of the gloss or glittered flowers do not photograph well and look much more impressive in life.
Can I return an item if it doesn't suit or I change my mind?
Due to the nature of the items and the fact they are used only for a one day event, we are unable to offer a return or exchange. All custom orders are cut and assembled especially for you and as such cannot be returned, but if there is something you would like to have altered or added, we would be more then happy to do so just contact us. *Please note that a 'canceled wedding' falls under the 'change of mind' category and any flowers cannot be returned.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we do not refund.
How are my flowers packaged?
Everything we make is packaged in boxes. All flowers are wrapped in acid free paper to avoid any damage in transit. We are environmentally conscious and pack using recycled boxes as much as possible. This also reduces costs to you. At times we are unable to find the right size box so we may purchase one at our cost.
What happens if an item is delivered broken?
It has never happened as we take great care in packing our items, but should this occur any items delivered broken are to be returned out our cost through a COD shipping method and we will send out another to you.
I have noticed that the edges of Artificial Flowers fray sometimes why?
Most Artificial flowers are made from fabric and as the shape of each petal is cut it is often and in most cases cut across the bias of the fabric. When this happens it causes fraying. It is possible that any artificial fabric flowers can have some fraying on the edges of the bias of the fabric. I try to choose flowers where this problem is lower but there is no way around it. It is very slight in most cases you have to look very close to see this happen and your guests would not notice this in your flowers. It is a part of Artificial flowers that is unavoidable. In a lot of cases these days flowers are heat sealed around the edge of the petals. Some florists cut around the edge of each petal to clear fraying, this can cause more damage than good.
